"I've always had a passion for business ever since I was a little girl,  from my home in the Dominican Republic selling small snacks and trinkets to now where I'm really becoming an entrepreneur.  

As an immigrant and a POC I've always felt that after 22 years in this country I needed to do something to really pave my way in this country, to follow my own "American Dream". Making these candles wont only light up the dark but light up a path to building something wonderful and new.
